To provide policies, processes and tools/technologies supporting a safe, efficient, and coordinated information flow for the church’s mission at St Paul’s
Structure and Sub-Areas:
Current Key Topics
Technology
The Technology Committee focusses their effort in 2023 on:
-
Continue improving the spread and quality of our technology footprint and our internal skillset.
-
Maximising the use of our website by making it more dynamic and using the administration components it offers.
-
Having moved to full LED lighting throughout our building, we now concentrate on becoming more variable with our setup, to adjust to different events.
-
Keeping our software and devices running on current, reliable, and effective technologies (as in 2022).
Communication
The Communication Committee focusses their effort in 2023 on:
-
Own, update, and expand our Communications Strategy through the various channels at our disposal (digital and non-digital).
-
Ensure we have the vision and policies in place to safely, consistently, and respectfully convey our messages.
-
Seek opportunities to improve our services to both the parish and our local community.
-
Review our current site footprint and standards as part of an updated vision for St. Paul's, Camberley.
Below is an overview of the ministry activities over the last 5 years:
We always have opportunities for people interested in direction / strategy to join one of our committees, or to help in our hands-on teams to run services from an audio or video perspective, or help maintaining our IT infrastructure.
